1. About these terms

The website marrowiz.com (the “Site”) is operated by Marrow Wiz Ltd. (company no. 516559127) (“Marrowiz”, “we”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who the Site is for

The Site provides general information about Marrowiz and our bone-marrow aspiration technologies. It is intended for healthcare professionals, business partners and investors.

3. Regulatory status and no medical advice

Marrowiz products and technologies are at different stages of development and regulatory review. Products are offered only in countries where they are registered or approved for sale, and only for their approved indications. Some of the technologies described on the Site are still under development and are not available for sale.

Descriptions of products, their intended use and their expected benefits are general information; they are not claims of safety or effectiveness beyond a product’s approved labeling. Medical devices must be used only by qualified professionals, in accordance with their instructions for use. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.

4. Forward-looking statements

Statements on the Site about our development plans, regulatory pathway, timelines and markets are forward-looking. They reflect our current expectations and are subject to risks and uncertainties, so actual results may differ. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities.

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; not to send spam or misleading messages through the contact form; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected system; not to introduce malicious code or disrupt the Site’s operation; and not to use automated means to scrape or collect content from the Site.

The Site uses or links to services operated by third parties, including Google reCAPTCHA and WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms.
